Shipping
Shipping will happen 7-14 business days after receipt of payment from San Francisco, CA. Most items are shipped with USPS, United States Postal Service. Occasionally items are shipped Fedex or UPS Ground when they are large or heavy. Especially if you are ordering a larger quantity of something. The 7-14 days do not account for transit times.
Missing Packages: Once items are scanned into the shipping system of USPS, UPS or Fedex it is the purchasers responsibility to have a safe and secure system to receive the shipment. Hannah Beatrice Quinn LLC is not responsible for replacing lost or stollen packages. We will provide any information necessary for filing claims.
Damaged in Transit: If damaged in transit we will file a claim with shipper and ask for photographic evidence of the damaged or tampered package.
Returns
All sales are final unless they arrive with a defect, please contact with receipt of your package.
International Orders
If interested in shipping to Canada or Mexico please email with an address for a shipping quote. Once you receive the quote and agree to the cost you will be billed via PayPal. Due to the size and weight of many of our products these rates can not be standardized. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government-imposed charges and they vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
Holiday Orders
Please look for a posted date for receipt by Dec 25th. Unfortunately this is based on expected shipping times and can not be guaranteed.
